We want the CUP!

Recent here in Chicago the Blackhawks won the Stanley cup. The first time in 49 long years. Although i only have followed hockey for about 4 years now..( the year before towes and Kane for all you band wagoners). it amazes me how much one city got behind one team. I don't think I've seen this anywhere for any team in any city. grant I'm sure some were just along for the Stanley cup ride. The parade that took place was NUTS. at least 2 million strong attended the event. I was there by the stage and I'm going say there were more then the 2 million that they thought. I never seen the city so packed. needless to say it has been an exciting 2 months here in Chicago watch the team win the first of i hope many more cups. GO HAWKS

The Blackhawks are BACK!!

Alright so recently a lot of my friends have been starting blogs. So i have decided to make one myself. Even tho i wont get anything out, i feel its a good idea. Along the way you all will see my grammar mishaps...and they happen often. but anyways this blog is about SPORTS. I'm one of the biggest sports fan you can meet. I like it all hockey, football, basketball, baseball, i recently have gotten into soccer( thank you Corey) and i even can dip into nascar a little bit(even tho its not a sport in my mind). My favorite teams are the Bears, White Sox, Blackhawks, Bulls, Notre Dame, and the U of I basketball team. I also like other teams around the leagues that you Will come to fine out. but this is my first blog ever so I'm going to make it fun and entertaining hopefully enjoy my thoughts from me and my friends
